Refreshers, Crossovers & Referrals.
PADI SCUBA TUNE UP (Dive Review) 1 day
If it's been a while since your last dive, or you feel that your skills and knowledge are a little 'rusty', then take this PADI refresher course. PADI recommend this one day course if you last dived more than 12 months ago. Our instructor will review your diving theory and skills, making sure that you haven't forgotten anything!
The one day course includes a small knowledge review on general diving and RDP, followed by a skill session in confined water to get you back into it and in the afternoon is an open water dive - just like riding a bike - you never forget how to do it and will leave you wondering why you left it so long !
PADI Crossover Courses
If you have a qualification from another diving agency why not do a crossover course to the equivalent PADI qualification ?
As an example the equivalent BSAC qualifications are shown below :
BSAC Ocean Diver or Club Diver may enroll in a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course
BSAC Sport Diver may enroll in a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course
BSAC Sport Diver ( with at least 20 logged dives and experience in Deep and Navigation ) may enroll in a PADI Rescue Diver Course
BSAC Dive Leader may enroll in a PADI Divemaster Course
Contact us with your current agency qualification details and we will advise you of the equivalent PADI qualification course.
PADI referrals . . .
completing your PADI Course
PADI Open Water Diver course students that have completed initial segments of training may be referred to PADI instructors in another location to complete Open Water certification requirements. A PADI referral form is valid for twelve months. However PADI encourage referred students to complete their training as soon as possible while their training will still be fresh in their minds.
The advantage of doing a referral is that you can complete the academics in your own country and do all the dives in a warm water resort and combine the last part of a PADI course with your holiday.
There is also referral options available for the Rescue Diver and DiveMaster courses, students must obtain a referral form from the instructor that completed your basic training.
